Hey, dreaming mama.
I get it, you’re tired, but societies expectations of infant sleep just don’t sit well for you. From wake windows, to catnaps, independent sleep and “bad” sleep habits…it’s easy to feel like you’re failing. You can support your baby, get more sleep and feel empowered too.
My approach to sleep support
I do not use any form of sleep training that involves limiting or withholding your comfort and support. If you’re looking for a sleep trainer, I’ll be upfront and say I won’t be the right person to support you!
My approach is attachment focused. I will also investigate any underlying causes of your baby or child’s sleep disturbance so that these can be addressed. At times, this can include referring you to other health professionals and helping you to advocate for yourself and your baby. If something isn’t working for your family (hello back breaking bouncing and rocking), then I can work with you to help shift to something more sustainable.
Not wanting to sleep train doesn’t mean you have to do nothing! Let me help you understand biologically normal infant sleep, change what is in your control and let go of what isn’t.

Investment: $150
Includes: An intake form, 3 day sleep diary and a personalised email with suggestions and guidance within 72 hours of your booked slot (provided you complete the intake and sleep diary prior to this time).
An email only service, for those who:
Are asking, is this normal? Or wanting to check that they’re on the right track
Have been given some advice that just doesn’t sit well and want reassurance around their choices
Want to check for any red flags for peace of mind
Have one specific challenge they want to work through, such as changing your settling method or nap transitions
Are time poor or are just simply over zoom calls (thanks covid!)

Investment: $290
Includes: A detailed intake form, a 60 minute video call, document outlining our discussion and twice weekly email support for 2 weeks
For those who:
Have more complex concerns around sleep
Are wanting to make multiple changes
Would like guidance and support through the process
Option to add on a further 2 weeks of email support.
